Buena Compania Empanadilla is a local food truck that is both female and minority-owned and operated. We are the only Puerto Rican food truck in town, focusing on traditional street eats and P.R. style empanadas. We strive to source from local companies and use fresh ingredients in everything we serve. Every menu item is bursting with flavor in its own unique yet cohesive way. Our menu offers a lot of consistency and variety. We are constantly rotating our vegan/vegetarian options, our seasonal sweet filling in our empanadas, and our mofongo and tostone rellenos flavors are ever-changing, not to mention our seasonal croquette filling.
